In 2011, Congressman Pete Stark introduced a bill entitled the Save Our Climate Act (SOCA), wherein he proposed a tax on carbon dioxide as a “straightforward way to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, spur development of alternative energy, slow climate change, and decrease our deficit.”
In order to deter America’s “addiction to burning fossil fuels”, this initiative would impose “a tax on each ton of carbon dioxide contained in a fuel. The tax is imposed upstream, at the point of manufacture or import where it is easiest to administer.”
The tax would “increase every year at a predictable rate” which would allow governmental bureaucracy to control and eventually put an end to dependence on fossil fuels. This scheme would also allocate taxpayer funds currently untapped toward the national deficit to pay for US government spending.
The Citizens Climate Lobby (CCL) is pressuring Capitol Hill to reintroduce this bill in letters to elected officials that use fear-mongering of man-made climate change as the purpose of such legislation. The CCL claim: “As evidence keeps mounting about the dangerous trajectory of human-induced climate change, it becomes clear that Earth’s natural systems are rapidly approaching tipping points for global warming. Failure to act now will doom future generations to one cataclysm after another –shortages of food and water, displacement of millions from rising sea levels, more frequent and severe weather disasters, and the breakdown of civil society.”
CCL offers training courses to “empower volunteers” to speak to elected officials, sample letters directed at Capitol Hill, and National Conference Calls in an effective indoctrination tool that creates armies of well-meaning citizens who bring needed influence to the globalist climate change hoax.
At an international conference entitled, The Cure for Climate Truama, to be held later this month in Washington, D.C., the CCL, with the support of eco-terrorist James Hansen, will discuss how to use propaganda to change public opinion to support man-made climate change and a dissertation on the Global Warming’s Six Americas (GWSA). The GWSA, a research paper published by the Yale Project on Climate Change and the George Mason University Center for Climate Change Communication outlines “an ongoing program of research analyzing Americans’ interpretations of and responses to climate change.” Simply put: the globalist college is studying how to better use global warming propaganda to coerce the American public into support the agenda of the UN’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) under the guise of saving the environment against its biggest threat – humans.
The paper puts the American population into 6 different categories: ranging from the “alarmed” that are supportive of the hoax, to “dismissive” who do not buy into the globalist’s lies. By engaging talks with citizens, Yale asserts that they can be won over and convinced by pseudo-experts bought by the globalists who support the unscientific “fact” that “global warming is happening and is caused by human activities.”
By using the recent extreme weather patterns, Yale claims that suggestions could be used to enforce the globalist perspective on human influence and therefore convince more people that the problems with our biosphere are solely caused by anthropomorphic means.
The IPCC, in a report published in April of this year entitled, IPCC Special Report on Managing the Regional Risks of Climate Extremes and Disasters, predicted “unprecedented extreme weather and climate events” that would come to pass.
The IPCC recommends with the backing of international mandate, that nations adopt their guidelines for reducing “a wide range of factors, including anthropogenic climate change, natural climate variability, and socioeconomic development” that is effecting man-made global warming.
Capitalizing on the ignorance of under-educated third world nations and the threats to future generations are great tools of coercion, claims the study.
Political activism is recommended as a way to use the Delphi Technique against skeptics and capitalize on peer pressure to assure those who do not believe will remain silent.
Yale asserts only 10% of the population is considered “dismissive” of climate change and that this small number can be overcome quite easily with focus on attacking the personal belief systems of those who do not believe – and if all else fails, disassociate them publicly to use humiliation as a submissive tactic.
Back in May of this year, Yale released another propaganda study to assist in the conversion of skeptics to believers of global warming. This research, it was surmised that because most Americas do not have a basic understanding of technical reasoning, they must be considered stupid for not believing in man-made climate change.
By 2050, the magic number of the global Elite, there should be complete control over CO2 emissions, by way of carbon taxes, Agenda 21 megacities and a significantly depopulated world. Building support for this agenda now gives it the appearance of a grassroots effort, instead of the inception of the New World Order – which is actually is.
