Bodies were still coming in to the city morgue Sunday afternoon after
explosions rocked the Mpila military barracks in the east of the capital,
sending more than 2,000 people fleeing from their homes. A local hospital
reported at least 237 wounded people, while diplomats initially put the
wounded toll at 1,500.
