Activists to storm Twitter in solidarity with Al-Aqsa

Days of Palestine, Gaza Strip –Group of Palestinian, international activists from all over the globe are taking part in Twitter Storm on Monday 8pm Palestine time.

The activists decided to launch the storm solidarity with Al-Aqsa Mosque, which has been under continuous Israeli violations.

“The aim of the storm is to spread awareness about Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem and occupied Palestine among people all over the world,” Motasem A Dalloul, one of the activists from Gaza said.

“Due to the active Zionist propaganda machine, a lot of the people around the world think that Palestinians are fighting Jews living in their land; however, the fact is different,” Dalloul said.

“The fact is that a group of Zionists, backed with Western governments usurped Palestine, killed and expelled its people and grabbed their land,” he explained.

Meanwhile, the storm is also giving much attention to expose the illegal Israeli settlement in occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.

It is also to expose the daily Israeli violations and aggression against the Palestinian civilians, their homes, farms, properties, etc…

American activist Madrone Jack initiated an action page for the storm on Facebook and along with others she invited more than 5,000 activists from all over the world.

Around 900 activists have announced they would take part in the storm so far. Many of them provided advice and technical support and exchanged names of famous and effective people on social media to be contacted in order to take part in the action.
