Swastika on Obama campaign office window |
Obama campaign headquarters was vandalized with swastikas, according to reports.
Swastikas were painted on the window at the campaign office of President Barack Obama in a suburb of Denver, Colorado, last week.
Scott Lorditch, a volunteer in the Conifer campaign office, told the news media that when he arrived at the office in the morning he saw the swastikas. He said the vandalism must have occurred overnight.
Obama campaign signs on the front lawn of the office were also crushed, he said. When Lorditch
arrived at the office the next morning, the signs had been removed.
The incident comes just a week after a bullet was fired at the Obama campaign office itself. Although the incident resulted in no injury, employees were inside the building at the time of shooting.
The Obama campaign declined to comment on the two incidents.
